1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 1–3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any packaging and tags intact.

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos of the item, if applicable

Our team will review your request and respond with instructions.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued in cash at the time of pickup if the return is approved. No digital or advance payments are required. Please ensure someone is available at the pickup location to receive and confirm the refund.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used or altered

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery

  • The item was returned without prior communication and approval
